Paulie: Next Head Coach?

Is there any hope we go through the same process that gave us Marvin Lewis (not entirely sure what that was)? I would not be happy if we hired from within right now. Find an assistance coach on a winning team or maybe someone from college. Someone with energy -- I think Marvin has been good but may be tapped out. New blood could also bring players and other assistant coaches with them theoretically.
