You know how much Mike values the cheap rookie contracts. If Bullock plays well, he'll be looking at a solid vet contract.
I mean he stuck with Nugent and Graham time and time again on solid vet contracts instead of going for the cheap rookie contract.
We even franchised Graham at one point.
