According to your link, the Steelers had 5 suspensions and the Ravens 9. The Bengals weren't on the list, but even if it were 0 (which it isn't), that's still not "way more" suspensions. Games lost to suspension, you can say the Ravnes had a lot more (assuming the Bengals had 28 or less); Steelers we don't know without knowing the Bengals number.

And that's assuming those numbers are valid.
