The bottom line is that the team knows what they have with Bullock. He was here last year. The challenge is to figure out if Elliott has the upside to be a better kicker.
He's a rookie, just like Mixon, Ross, Willis, Lawson etc. If you are going to live with some rookie issues with those guys, you need to with a kicker as well.
