He's a rookie, just like Mixon, Ross, Willis, Lawson etc.  If you are going to live with some rookie issues with those guys, you need to with a kicker as well.

Whomever they decide to go with, they will have an entire week to not share snaps in practices. That should help Elliot a lot!
