Bullock's kicks are hit poorly and look terrible, including 3 of his makes in the preseason.

Agree, although he's missed more he's missed much much better ! His kicks have all kinds of height and as we've seen he has plenty of leg.

Bullock's kicks like you say look bad and are line drivey.

To be fair I'm not thrilled with either but Elliott seems to have way more upside.
