I don't know, maybe they are taking the "let's wait and see how this year goes" approach with Eifert?  Obviously, a production based contract would work best for the team, but are Eifert and his agent willing to sign that sort of deal?  Just going off of the injury history, I would think that Eifert would be looking for guaranteed money.
