Try checking in with that at first. They typically will have good links posted. For instance the NFL Stream topic has a link in it for a clear HD stream right now of the NFL Channel.

Im going to try 'sportsarefree dot xyz/nfl' for the Browns/Steelers game. If the clarity of the streams are as good as the NFL Channel one I am watching on it, then this is a top notch site to use.
