Has anyone thought that there is just too much on the plate for a HC here. Like Hammer said, why would an established coach want to come here and be the HC, GM, scouting department, bailiff, etc. I don't think it's a matter of Mike Brown not wanting a new coach to have control much control. It's more of a what winning coach wants to come here only to have more responsibilitys and to an extent less say over any of it.
