Dalton would have been valued at or near Kirk Cousin's value which means at least a 1st rounder one year and a 2nd round pick the following year with maybe a 4th rounder thrown in.
Sam Bradford has a few things that Dalton doesn't:
1. He was the #1 overall pick in the draft. Incredibly more talented then Andy.
2. The Vikings were desperate. They had to make a move.
Nobody was going to give up a high pick for Dalton. Just wasn't happening. Cousins value? He didn't get traded, so there's no way that you can know what that would have been.
