Nope.  It isn't.  He cares about winning but only if he does it his way.  How goofy is it to say it's all about the money for a guy who doesn't even spend money on himself?

I'd say it's even way more about employing family and friends than the money. 

Hell, winning is more profitable than losing.  So, saying he cares only about money and not about winning makes no sense at all.  So, which of those two conflicting ideas is it?
