Not sure it would make much of a difference, but maybe these smaller market teams should consider the same if there's any hope of success.
With revenue sharing the money is there. Some 23 teams have been to the Super Bowl since we last won a playoff game.
Ohio just doesn't seem to be able to receive the parity.
