Changing coaches is like putting a fresh coat of paint on a foundation that has massive cracks in it.
Nothing is going to change with Brown at the helm.
Maybe a new coach helps a bit. Maybe even enough to eek out that playoff win.
But with Brown in charge, it is what it is.
