Mike Brown Calling Out Coaching For Poor Start
#68
I am convinced that Mike Brown is a good  man. Mike Brown is also a smart man and in his brain he knows Marvin should have been fired after the Pittsburgh playoff loss.

The meltdown in the playoff game was the fault of the coaching staff and Marvin and the team culture for which they are responsible. The inconsistent and poor play, lack of preparation, lack of focus,  since then is because of the same thing.

Failing to clean house after the playoff game led to a completely wasted 2016 and a 2017 that is going to be worse.

If he wants the Bengals to have a shot before he leaves this world, he needs to completely clean house with a new head coach who can hire his own team of coaches. That is the only chance for making this team into a genuine Super Bowl contender.

The new coach will need at least a year and maybe two putting in his systems and culture.

Maybe the son of Paul Brown actually wants his team to be excellent is starting to accept reality.
