The Bengals are on the decline

In my humble opinion wins or losses shouldn't matter when talking smack. A lot of the Bengal fans on here are very good at talking smack even though their teams organization has pretty much stunk for 25 years. Next to the die hard stain fans they are some of the most loyal fans in the nfl. My hat is off to them.
