The thing I like about Mixon is his patience. Honestly, he really should have more negative yards. There have been more than a few times where he'll run to where the hole is supposed to be, hit an offensive lineman, wait than go elsewhere. A lot of times, this leads to him just getting back to the line of scrimmage and others he's managed to get some positive yards.
I think if you take those plays where he manages to make a run for a loss into a run for 0 yards into consideration, I think you might be a little bit more impressed with his play.
That said, Gio should really be our featured back until the OL is either fixed or starts opening up holes in the running game.
