No way the bengals drop the tag on him.... Hes not worth that for 1 season especially not knowning if he will be able to go after the back issue.
I'd offer him a small 2 year deal to prove he can stay healthy and play then if he takes that and survives pay him what hes worth.
But i'd rather look elsewhere than invest 10+ mil a season into him at this point (we know what he can do when healthy he just never is)
