You want to talk about today how about mentioning we held an offense to one touchdown out of 6 tries in the redzone or how we held the best RB in the game to under four yards per a carry. Or how we held them to 2-11 on third downs.
It doesn't matter. Great defenses don't let rookie QB's run for 49 yard TD's.
Oh they were tired in the 2nd half against the Packers? Kirkpatrick has been bad all year.
420 yards today against the Steelers. 420 yards. The defense was bad. They let the Steelers drive at will and score 29 points.
Missed tackles. Blown coverages. 0 pass rush. No sacks.
Then at the end of the game, when we knew the run was coming...the Steelers got yards running.
