I starting attending games with my Dad in 1967.
Been there all 50 years.
When Paul was running the show, they were a great franchise.
He wanted to win and tried to win.
Since the Mike Brown era, this has been an inferior franchise not willing to put excellence first.
Keeping Marvin for 15 years, Paul Alexander forever, and the fact that Bodine remains the team's center as Whit is allowed to leave shows how little hope there is for this sorry franchise of ever actually competing at the top level and maybe having a chance to win the Super Bowl.
Many other things are way more important to the Brown family than keeping the faith with their fans or having the best coaching staff and team possible and wining a Super Bowl.
