Marvin is probably convincing Mike Brown that they can get the "bad boys" of college and the NFL for "cheap" (Burfict, Jones) and save him money and turn them into great players, (which fortunately worked for us with them) but cannot make a case for paying what other teams offer to players we know are worth keeping. (Sanu, Withworth, Zeitler, etc) from not so long ago.
