"When the Defender comes in between you two guys, you both need to look at him, then touch his shoulder with your closest hand and then turn your head away from him and look on your opposite side to see if someone else is coming from that side. Then touch that Defender's shoulder. Then swivel around to see which Defender gets to Andy first."
P.S. "Be sure not to block either of them in the back after you swivel around. We can't have block in the back penalties."
