I think only Burfict, Dunlap or Atkins would have the clout necessary. Especially Geno considering how quiet he is publicly.
Him speaking out would kinda be like when Silent Bob finally opens his mouth.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
