Hi Jim, thanks for the responses and insight.
Wondered if you can give any insight into the assistant /position coaches?
What sort of characters are they, some more vocal than others? We've had a few good ones pass through and go into HC positions...anyone on the current staff stand out and maybe you can see progress further?
