I'm convinced that the team ownership sold their souls to be one of the Washington Generals of the league and lousy by design. Just good enough to sell tickets, but never good enough to win in the post season.
After all, Mikey stands on principals.. He sold his principles long ago. Somewhere in the bowels of PBS in a room full of the corpses of long dead elementary school principals. He stands on principals.

They will most likely (just trying to be realistic, here) try to build through the draft instead.  If you look in to the draft this early, they need to go likely with an OT in Rd 1, double-down with another OT in one of the next three rounds (based on ranking) and also draft a Center and Guard very early.  Taking any other position group would be a waste, just like the WR and RB in the first two rounds this past year.

The biggest single improvement that can be made is to the coaching staff across the board.  There needs to be a coach that plays their best talent in a logical fashion, has creativity, discipline, and aggression.

If they simply move up Paulie G from DC, unless Hue is brought on as OC and Alexander is fired, there will be no change in the performance of this team.
