In a profit sharing league there's really no incentive to get better or win at all. The Brown family have never lost money. Instead they only get more wealthy no matter how bad the team plays. Owning an NFL team is a license to print money, even the worst team in the league. The only way they could lose money is if they decided to hand out $1000 dollar bills to every single fan every single day and even then they'd find some tax loophole and find a way to write that off ..
