That is a lift, not a push. If he "walked away" he would be stuck on the sideline. The ref wouldn't let him back on the field. Everyone who has seen the video/pictures of this are against the ref except for people like this...

In any other organization, Vontaze Burfict would of likely been shown door long ago. Bengals reward his antics w/extension. Ejected again
