I can see why that wasn't called on the field. It was a glancing blow at best and happened really fast. The league will most likely review the play and a fine is most likely forthcoming, but no suspension. Now if that were Burfict making that hit, every ref on the field would have thrown their flag, Burfict would have been ejected from the game and escorted off the field by security as Goodell handed him his lifetime suspension as he started down the tunnel.
