Marvin Lewis is 0-7 in the playoffs. So why is he still coaching the Bengals?

If Marvin felt Brown was holding him back from reaching his goals, he could have easily chosen to not keep signing contract extensions and staying as the Bengals HC.
Marvin is part of the problem.
