From what I've heard he doesn't seem to have turned around, maybe he's just better at not getting caught. I work security in the downtown area. I've never personally had an encounter with him. But numerous of my bouncer friends have said they absolutely hate seeing him in their place because he always starts trouble. And I have also heard one friend say that he got denied entry into his place for carrying concealed.
