No one has ever said that HE himself shot the guy. And he's been cited for disorderly conduct multiple times since he got to Cincy and asked to leave the casino. How many times can the guy get himself into trouble before we start calling a spade a spade? No I don't think he's as out of control as he was 10 years ago. But only a fool would think he's completely reformed
