Even the best centers in the world are slightly disadvantaged blockers. Depending on what you are asking a center to do on a certain play they might try to snap it faster or with a certain rotation among a plethora of other slight modifications (in shotgun and under center). Honestly I'm not worried because snapping issues are something can be worked through and are certainly more common at the beginning of a season.
