I voted for winning two games or less, missing playoffs, and look for new HC. However, what I wanted to add was I think at least some of these coaches will be retained because Mike Brown refuses to do a full reboot. He prefers to change as few things as possible.

Because of that, I believe that (at least) Simmons, Guenther, and Coyle are back. I also believe Hue Jackson will be back if fired from Cleveland.
And it wouldn't surprise me to see Guenther at HC, Hue at OC, and Coyle at DC if that happened.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
