No new contract and the succession plan they had offered to Hue Jackson 2 years ago... make it seem likely.
He might not retire from football but decide to mutual parting is in everyones best interest. cause I'm sure he will be offered a job somewhere if he wants it.
if we somehow make the playoffs it will be pretty impressive in and of itself... 1st round loss or not.
