Although the transplants have gotten pretty damn good and advanced.  But like I said, if the rest keeps falling out you'll be having to shave what you transplanted.

I guess it's not a big deal to shave hair transplants where you'd otherwise be bald, anyway.  I'm starting to consider it - an average transplant of 4000 follicles could make me look 10 years younger (and currently I can mostly cover-up any evidence of thinning or recession).

I've never asked anyone that has been through a transplant, but I would imagine it feeling like getting one's head tattooed.
