Here is a better written article in which the prison time is listed along with the other plea agreement items.

It said "no less than 5," but when will he be eligible for parole?  Was the "no less than 5" just for the initial sentence, or was it "no less than 5 until possible parole"?

People say they're tough on predators now, but it seems like pretty often there's a story you'll see on the news that says "he only served one year of a ten year conviction, was out on parole, and committed another rape of another minor."
