Yes, that was mentioned in the OP. The Bengals will need to add at least one key FA to get back to being competitive again quickly. Otherwise we'll see the aging talent sign elsewhere and the Bengals constantly roll into the draft with an abundance of picks, hoping to strike gold with at least a couple every year.
The way things are going, they are looking to more closely imitate the Browns.
