I’m well aware how much you guys loved him and feel he is a great coach...you just knew he would one day build a dynasty and bring numerous titles to the Queen City. I heard it for the better part of 10 years here so I really do understand that this news must have been devastating. Please know, I feel your pain and I not only will pray for you but will mourn the loss right along with you. I ask that God somehow finds it in his heart to bless you with a suitable replacement. Marvin was a great man. Let us all hope your next coach can at the very least accomplish half of what his predecessor was able to do.
Again, God bless you. I’m thinking about each and every one of you today ..
So thoughtful of you, thanks for caring.
On another note, one of my buddies texted today (Steeler fan) and he says "hey, you guys are out of purgatory now", "now all you need is for your owner to retire, and everything should be great".
I gotta tell ya, you Steeler fans are all heart. I mean, who cares if most of your female fans could be on the calendar of the Alaskan Whale Watcher's Club? (though the actual professional women I've ever met from Pittsburgh really know how to dress..) It don't matter if the majority of your fan base resembles a pack of toothless, inbred Appalachians. The ones of you who came from families that had kids that lived, are great!
Thanks again for your sympathies.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
