Eifert had a healthy and productive rookie season.

He did, but the Bengals also had a lot invested in Gresham and gave him a good number of targets as well.  Hue's offense (at least for a quarter last year and in Oakland) uses the TE quite a bit. 

I'm looking at it as Andy's first year of having a true receiving TE and a great running game at the same time.
