I agree with your premise.

The Wheels are turning in Mike Brown's head for offseason changes and who knows what that will mean.

He will probably make a Bland, Vanilla, Boring change with an uninspiring New Coach that leads to more of the same.

Actually, it's not so much skipping a generation as it is dying with Paul.
