What is our biggest need in the draft?

If it's not the offensive line sucking, it's the receivers not getting open, or it's Dalton making stupid decisions or poor playcalling or a combination of all these things.

I think it's a domino effect.
Whether it was intended or not, this OL is really bad at getting push in the run game. This blocking scheme always seemed more passive than aggressive, which is why I'm not sure if this is intended.
It doesn't help that the OL has also been bad in pass protection too.
Because of the sieve at OL, the running game struggles to get going and Dalton is now looking to throw quickly or bail out of the pocket quickly.
Because of how quickly Dalton is having to get rid of the ball, the receivers are struggling to get open. Most WRs cannot get open within a couple seconds.
Playcalling has also been designed to mask the struggles of the OL. The playcalling seems to be prioritized around screens, slants, and other short-to-intermediate routes.
All in all, it's a recipe for disaster.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!
