Coach versus Culture

Thanks for the feedback. The main reason I bring this up is because there is good chance Paulie G. is the next head coach. Some on this board think it will be much of the same. I am trying to understand why some COMPLETELY believe that? From what I have seen Paulie G. and Marvin have different personalities; PG being more of a Mike Zimmer type personality. So could the highlighted be different based of the personality of the coach?
