This is NOT the same as the 90's.
Back then, teams would see Bengals on the schedule and automatically put it down as a "W.". EVERY Bengals win was seen as an "upset" by the media.
That has NOT been the case, recently. If nothing else, Marvin brought the Bengals back to respectability. I still want him gone as coach, though.
