Cracking down and holding players accountable on stupid penalties, playing the best players NOW and not waiting until the last game or two, GAME PLANNING, HALFTIME ADJUSTMENTS, getting rid of prevent offense in the 2nd half (playing to WIN instead of not to LOSE), CLOCK MANAGEMENT. I don't know how many games I watched last weekend where BOTH teams had ALL their timeouts in the 4th quarter. In a nutshell, you've done some good things Marvin ( got rid of Piano Man) but you have a bunch of things to work on, most of which fall on YOU bud, along with getting a real defensive coordinator.
