In the smallest bit of fairness to him, his defense was 3rd in takeaways, which is leaps and bounds above the Bengals' t-30th. (That was one thing that became obvious Paulie G couldn't coach, as he lost Zimmer's players and started drifting away from simply copying his scheme, the turnovers plummeted.)
Those stats are very similar to Breshnahan's 2005 stats.
