Exactly. The thing I hate most about these boards (and the net in general) is that people always try to paint you into one corner or the other. We have to pick a side. In truth, most people have complicated opinions. Except for homers. Those guys support every move.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
