Since 2011 there have been 52 undrafted O-linemen who have at least two seasons with at least 8 starts, but I don't know when these guys came into the league. It isn't just 52 players spread over 7 years. For example Jeff Saturday made this list and he entered the NFL in 1999.
If you want to check each individual player to see how many enter the league each year have at it, But to me it looks like maybe about the same number each year as players drafted fourth round or later, maybe 3 to 5 for the entire league.
