It doesn't matter if a player who is comparable could actually do better in our system, it only matters that he doesn't KNOW our system and he's not a clearly better player. Of course, this just brings us back to the scouting/coaching thing again and we know where that will get us. 

No player on the roster "knew" the Bengals system, before they were on the team either. 

In line with the thinking that "The Bengals need to alter their offseason approach", blowing it up is altering the way they do things!
