This is tough. Given where the gaps mostly are and the players available in FA, I'm going to give a few options....
LT - Nate Solder
C - Weston Richburg or Ryan Jensen
LB - Zach Brown or Preston Brown
WR - Marqise Lee

Any of those players would be instant upgrades to what the Bengals have in terms of starters and would open up the draft a ton.
