That would be pretty daunting.  

Signing a NT for $8+ million while also extending Dunlap and Atkins (likely both $10+ mill?) would be a ALOT of money spent on DL. And they are very weak right now at OL with little money spent there.
While I wouldn't be against it, I think the Bengals would have an easier time finding a quality NT in the draft and sign a FA for OL.
