Quite frankly, myself and several others on here are quite astonished by that news.  His performance has been less than noteworthy, to say the least.  Many of us were pointing toward him as the weak link, back when the rest of the line was considered to be quite good.  Could this just be posturing, so as to sign a known player to an economical contract?
